Return / Refund Policy

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

We will inspect all products carefully before delivery. We attempt to be as accurate as possible with the information we provide. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered is regarded as “Significantly Not as Described”, your sole remedy is to return it in UNUSED condition with its original packaging.

*Please note that we have a NO REFUND POLICY, We only provide return and replacement policies for customers with certain conditions as below:

The conditions for returns and replacements due to the item being “Significantly Not as Described” are as following”

  • Received a completely different item. For example, you purchased a Paring Knife but received Cleaver Knife instead.
  • Item was damaged during shipment. You are required to report this to us immediately within three (3) days after receipt of goods. All deliveries are signed and dated on the consignment note provided by the carrier and will be used as proof of date receipt of goods. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt within the stipulated three (3) days, whether by yourself or someone on your behalf. Failure to do so may disqualify you from the claim. We will file for claim with the carrier company and once it is clarified and approved, we will arrange for a replacement to you as soon as possible, usually within 7-21 working days.
  • Quantity purchased is different from quantity received. For example, you purchased three (3) items but only received two (2). If it is due to our error in packing the goods, once rectified, we will send a replacement of the outstanding goods.
  • Warranty against manufacturing defects only.

If you have fulfilled on above condition for return, kindly email your inquiry to info@shhsb.com.my with subject “Return Item” with the following information:

✔ Name

✔ Contact Number

✔ Delivery Address

✔ Tax Invoice Number

✔ Parcel Tracking Number

✔ Attach clearly photo / video of faulty / damage products.

We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow seven (7) working days for your inquiry to be processed. To make the process run smoothly and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) matter & conditions.

Customer would have to bear for the postage fees shipped back to us during the process. Please allow estimated 21 working days for this process to be complete.
