- When using for the first time, pour half water into the pan, boil it for 10 minutes by low heat, after that pour out the water, wipe it dry, pour a little bit oil, and simmer for 2 minutes by low heat, it can used after all the process.
- It is normal effect for the body of the pan to turn yellow after being used for a long time. It is easy to clean—pour cool water, add detergent and heat the pan to clean it.
- Do not turn the heat too high or excessive burning until water runs dry which may cause burning, overflowing and DO NOT DIRECT BURN.
- Do not containing the condensed acid or salty food in the pan for a long time. Always keep the pan clean and dry after used.
